It will demonstrate that the largest risk is really the risk that most of us choose not to insure, and that the two risks which we all insure are generally accepted requirements imposed by institutions – one is the legal requirement for car insurance and the other, house insurance, is a financial requirement for lending institutions whenever you take out a mortgage.
